While I was studying in college, I was also a Div. 1 Track and Field athlete. I struggled for the first three years of competition and didn’t understand why I had so many setbacks. When I was running in high school it was fun and simple. It was then, I realized I had gained about 10 pounds due to unhealthy eating habits, and also the combination of a new weight lifting regime. I decided that this wasn’t the lifestyle for me, and I knew I had talent on the track that wasn’t going to be wasted. I changed my attitude on the track, in the weight room, and also my diet. During this process, I fell in love with training. I fell in love with the process, and I want to share this with as many people as possible. I want to share that mental and physical transformation can be character building, and doesn’t have to be difficult. I have a strong passion for fitness, living life with a balanced diet, and being the best you possible.
What Is My Why?
I want to use my knowledge, my skills, and my passion to help others with their journey. I truly love to see lives change for the better, and to see strength come through where most people hadn’t see it.
